This course is suitable for legal practitioners in public health who have no prior knowledge of the law, especially the Public Health Act B.E. 2535 (1992), or those who already have knowledge but lack sufficient understanding, have problems with interpretation, or enforcement. It is also suitable for those who wish to refresh or enhance their knowledge. This course will clarify and provide a sufficient understanding of the provisions of the Public Health Act B.E. 2535 (1992), enabling trainees to build upon their knowledge in enforcing the Act at an advanced level, such as drafting local ordinances, issuing administrative orders, and managing nuisances. The course details will include explanations of each section of the Public Health Act B.E. 2535 (1992), along with illustrative case studies.
