Terms of Service

By using Food Skills Training you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing a course.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must provide accurate information and be eligible to enter into this agreement.

Buying a course grants you a personal, non-transferable license to its lessons and exam.
Exams may be retaken as many times as needed at no extra cost.
Some courses include a certificate that may have a validity period and a renewal price.

Course access is delivered digitally the moment your payment completes. You may cancel and receive a full refund within 7 days of purchase as long as you have not started any lesson or exam; after that the purchase is final.
Printed certificates are physical goods: you may cancel before dispatch for a full refund; after dispatch they are not refundable except when damaged or incorrect.
