This policy explains what Food Skills Training collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the mobile app, the admin dashboard, and this website.

- Account details you provide: name, email, phone number, and password (stored hashed).
- Learning activity: courses purchased, lesson progress, exam attempts and results, and certificates earned.
- Device data needed to deliver the service, such as push-notification tokens and basic app diagnostics.
How we use it
- To run your courses, track progress, grade exams, and issue certificates.
- To process course purchases and keep a record of your transactions.
- To send service messages and announcements you have opted into.
Sharing
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We share data only with processors that run the service (hosting, payments, push delivery) under contract, and where required by law.
Your rights
- You can view and edit your profile in the app at any time.
- You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account — see the Account Deletion page.
