End User License Agreement
This License Agreement governs your use of the Food Skills Training mobile app, downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play. By installing or using the app you accept it. It supplements our Terms of Service.
License granted
- We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial learning.
- This license is for use of the app itself; purchased courses are licensed under our Terms of Service.
Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the app, except as permitted by law.
- You may not redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the app or your account access.
App stores
- This agreement is between you and Food Skills Training, not with Apple or Google. The store operators are not responsible for the app or its support.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it. You confirm you are not located in an embargoed country or on a prohibited-parties list.
- Your use must also comply with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and the Google Play Terms of Service.
Warranty & liability
- The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.
